Acceptance of Terms. By using https://jayshandappliedsealcoating.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Jay's Hand Applied Sealcoating markets and arranges Blacktop Sealcoating, Commercial Sealcoating, Driveway Sealcoating, Parking Lot Sealcoating, Pavement Patching, Residential Sealcoating, Asphalt Crack Filling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Jay's Hand Applied Sealcoating (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Jay's Hand Applied Sealcoating may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
